The residential complex, nicknamed “Cheloveinik” (which means “human”) has 25 floors, 35 entrances and 3,708 apartments, mainly with two bedrooms. There are on average four to six apartments on each floor and each section contains four fast elevators. Completed in 2015, 18,000 people live inside and its grandeur strikes anyone who sees it from the street.

Designed to allow tenants to live a good social life, there are public balconies where people can meet and have a chat, this condominium offers all the services for the community without the need to move. The entire first floor is leased to businesses, with grocery stores, barbershops, bars, sports centers and much more. Parking isn’t a problem either. The main defects are the absence of green areas or parks and the aesthetics of the condominium which leaves a lot to be desired.
# It is located on the suburbs of St. Petersburg
The apartment complex is located 50 minutes from the center of St. Petersburg by taking the metro. It takes 25 minutes to get to the nearest station and as many to make the six stops to Sennaya Square in the heart of the Russian metropolis.
