In a few months, following the positive trend of the Milanese real estate market, they were sold at record prices. The names of the new owners remain confidential even if they are some historic Milanese or Italian families who, after the pandemic, decided to return to live temporarily in Milan from London and New York. #1 An apartment in Brera worth 7.5 million euros

A 600 sqm apartment with a large private garden was sold for 7.5 million euros in the heart of Brera, in via Cavalieri del Santo Sepolcro. During the filming of the film House of Gucci he was chosen by Ridley Scott for his living room.

#2 Attic and super-attic of 8 million euros in Porta Venezia

A property consisting of an attic and super-attic in Porta Venezia, where Salvatore Ligresti lived and frequented by politicians and heads of state, was paid 8 million euros. All of glass, it extends over an area of 750 square meters with 250 square meters of terraces and views across the city.

Designed by architect Steno Sioli Legnani for the textile entrepreneur Pasquale Crespi in 1897, it consists of: 15 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, various large lounges, a spa area with complete gym, cinema room, bar and terraces.
