It has been called the most beautiful vertical walk in the world because it starts from ground level and ends on the treetops. An evocative path that differs from the other treetop walks for the breathtaking panorama it offers where the green access of the woods meets the blue of the sea. Let’s find out where it is.
You can get a 360° vision of the spectacular encounter between land and sea from the observation tower in Heringsdorf, Germany. This tall tower is located within the treetop walk of the island of Usedom, one of the sunniest German places and where you can literally experience an over the top experience. In fact, it starts from the path full of beech and pine trees, to climb up to the top of the tower thanks to a comfortable wooden platform.
The whole walk develops vertically and offers lucky visitors unique views and perspectives, as well as immersing them in the various levels of the Usedom Nature Park among flora and fauna. At the end of the walk you will reach the top of the tower and you can see, in addition to the Baltic Sea, three imperial locations: Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck.
And this is the most beautiful treetop walk in the world, but you could think of making similar ones in other European countries, to add new and unusual perspectives from which to observe nature and metropolises.
