THE SWISS TOILETS? The best in the world

# Bathrooms are always a good yardstick

To evaluate a house or an apartment, you look at the bathrooms. To understand a restaurant, it is always good to pay a visit to the toilet. To understand a country, it is important to use its public toilets.

Switzerland is surprising in this respect. We understand that the problem has been addressed and studied under all aspects: functionality, hygiene, management costs. One thing is certain: when you enter one of these places for the first time, calling them toilets is a bit simplistic and, above all, it does not fully convey the idea of where you are.

The toilets are multifunctional rooms in mirrored steel with many illuminated buttons in different colors that certainly embarrass the novice visitor: “What if you press the wrong button? What can happen to me? “.

In fact, all the possible functions and accessory services that a bathroom can be equipped with are provided, including the shower function, where pressing the wrong button could be risky!

All very neutral, aseptic, odorless and shiny.

These rooms are always very clean and sanitized every time you enter, as if they were new and you were the first user. In fact, when you go out and close the door it often happens that the automatic washing is activated with a splash of water, which makes you think “what if it went into operation while I was inside?”. All this is done to save on operating costs: no personnel armed with buckets, no sweepers or no-entry signs.

All automatic and perfect.

This is Switzerland too!
