When we talk about luxury buildings we think of futuristic garages that move between the various floors like an elevator, without thinking that in the ranking of the 50 most luxurious skyscrapers in the world – created by Wired – often the real luxury is in the small details. Two examples are the Milanese skyscrapers that have been ranked just a few places with unbridled extra-Eu luxury.

The first skyscraper in the ranking is One57, in New York. 73 floors with a panorama that ranges from the spectacular Manhattan skyline to urban greenery. Because of its prices it is also called “The Billionaire Building”, in fact for an apartment you must be willing to spend millions of dollars.

Il Bosco Verticale -Isola

The Bosco Verticale, designed by Boeri, is located only six positions further on and is one of the most expensive skyscrapers as well as one of the most beautiful in the world. In fact, an apartment can cost from 12.500 to 16.500 euros per square meter, and obviously to this figure must be added the expenses to keep the plants that cover the balconies and which characterize it healthy.

It was ranked 26th and if we think about it, this shouldn’t even surprise us since with its 143 meters high it is the highest residential building in Italy! An apartment from which to enjoy the wonderful Milanese skyline costs from 9.200 to 16.200 euros per square meter.
