Micromobility will play an increasingly important role in the future in large cities, there are now thousands of bicycles and scooters around the streets of Milan, Paris, London, New York. From Puglia, in southern Italy, comes a solution that could help many of those who risk not being able to move due to city traffic limitations of polluting vehicles and prefer more comfortable means of transport than push scooters. We are talking about Snap, a mini pedal assisted car with an electric motor, the result of the idea of a mechanical engineer and a designer thanks to regional funding.

# 60 km of autonomy and only 130 kg of weight

Snap on the go

This vehicle is specially designed to circulate in urban areas and in the ZTL (limited traffic areas) and with two 20 kg batteries has a range of 60 km. The 250W version is comparable to a bike, while you need a license plate and insurance. For the more powerful 1000 W and 4,000 W ones, the latter approved as a L6e light quadricycle. The weight of this means of transport is only 130 kg and the trunk has a capacity of almost 400 liters. The price? The price list starts from 7,000 euros to reach 10,000 euros.
