The most BEAUTIFUL SPA in the world

When we relax, the world around us appears more beautiful. Who knows what it would be like to relax in a place that couldn’t be more beautiful than this. The last spring, a spa was inaugurated positioned between the waters of the ocean and a fairy-tale sky which, if lucky, is colored by the lights of the Aurora Borealis. The real question now is: where? Let’s find out together.

The Sky Lagoon is located in the heart of the Atlantic Ocean and is already defined as the most beautiful geothermal pool in the world. The strategic position in which they have been designed offers the opportunity to enjoy a breathtaking view, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and covered by the most beautiful roof in the world: the sky of Iceland. In fact, it is here that this spectacular spa is located, inaugurated in spring 2021 near Reykjavik.

The structure was designed by Pursuit and is located more precisely in the port of Kársnes, Kópavogur. Even before being inaugurated, the images have already started to circulate, letting you imagine the relaxation it offers thanks to the nature that surrounds it. The heat of the thermal waters contrasts the cold Icelandic temperatures, not to mention the good fortune of being able to enjoy a whirlpool with your gaze fixed on the amazing celestial phenomenon of the Northern Lights, surrounded by the scents and sounds of the ocean.

The dimensions of this lagoon are about 70 meters wide but the space seems to have no real end, thanks to the infinity edge that gives the feeling of being in the ocean, without interruption. In fact, even if you are not lucky enough to observe the Northern Lights, relaxation is guaranteed. The main objective of the structure is to offer total panic immersion, connecting mind, body and of course nature.

The Sky Lagoon is preparing to become one of Iceland’s most popular tourist destinations. Imagine sipping a cool drink in a relaxing thermal pool, surrounded by the sounds of the ocean and dominated by the colors of an Icelandic sunset … now turn on your computer and watch the flights to Iceland.
